The ultimate and original grilled ham & cheese sandwich, done the French way.  With hand-carved smoked ham, gruyere and parmesan cheeses, on toasted sourdough topped with two fried eggs.

Traditional sweetened yeast dough, deep fried and sprinkled with powdered sugar served with home-fried breakfast potatoes and bacon.

Beer-battered cheddar cheese curds, flash-fried, served with sriracha-ranch dipping sauce.
